Esack Brothers and Industries Limited Container Yard (EBILCY) is the biggest Container Yard owner in Bangladesh. They have 31 Acors land area for storing 10,000 Load & Empty Container Storage capacity. And two large scales CFS (Container Freight Stations) Shed which containers 50,000 CBM Cargo at a time. And they are playing role of achieving major market share in this sector. They are the first Online Service & Support Provider in Bangladesh. And they have made this possible with the help of MAMTech Limited. We, MAMTech Limited, the first time in Bangladesh sources have developed fully online software in shipping sector, which is supporting the customer spreading round the world.

The main role of EBILCY is to store Empty Container to their own Container Yard and also receive export cargo from various Shippers, Freight Forwarder and other sources. EBILCY also stuff the Cargo to the Container and send them to the Port for Exporting to abroad. To manipulate total operation EBILCY, having more than 500 staff-members is required to manipulate almost 25000 Empty Container Handling Capacity per month and each and every record details tracking both for each and every Empty and Load Container. For cargo handling EBILCY operates more than 30,00,000 CBM cargo per month. On a very regular practice they need to make invoice to their client for each and every Container and its history tracking and various charges including daily 4000 of labors charges etc. This information also needs to be reported to foreign concern instantly, which is very difficult job to maintain.

MAMTech perform this job with the help of online database server by using dedicated USA server. By this solution any client of EBILCY can see the last status of service instantly. Major Number of Functional Modules of this project are as follows:

Container Entry Procedure from various Origin (port and Other ODCY) to the K & T depot, Container Exit Procedure from K & T Depot to Various Destination (i.e. PORT & Other ODCY), Container Stock Position and Inventory Management, Empty Container Movement Management, Cargo Receiving, Stocking and Auto Stuffing Procedure Management, Various Reporting and Online Monitoring, Container Storage, Lift On-Lift Off, Transportation, Documentation and Others charges Calculate, Reefer Container Movement Control, Container Repair Management and Estimate Prepare, Container Search Engine, Container Info At-A-Glance. Billing and Invoice Prepare and Report Export Facility to any format and emailing them to any customer to anywhere.

There are also several online client oriented feature for Main Line Operator (MLO) and Freight Forwarder by giving the information of stock summery, inward movement, outward movement etc.
